Execution of services in the field of forest management in Oleszyce Forest District in 2022 - second proceedings

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber of forest seed, selection of forest trees, forest nursery and trees for execution in the Oleszyce Forest District in 2022. The object of the order was divided into 12 parts (packages). The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the areas of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, collection and retraction of forest seed timber, selection of forest trees, forest nursery and trees resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ

Forest management services in the Wilderness Forestry (branches from 1-29)

1. The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, of late. — 'Forests Act') covering work on: farming and forest protection, protection of the forest fire, harvesting and ripping of wood and trees.

2. The scope of the object of the contract shall include the summary quantities of work indicated in point 1 resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which shall consist of:

Annex No 3.1.1 — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

3. The tangible ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.4. are of an estimated nature

4. A detailed description of the standard of technology for carrying out individual forestry work (activities) included in Annexes 4.1 to 4.3 to SWZ (Description of the standard of forest work implementation technology).

5. Descriptions of action codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract and the procedure for receiving are described in Annexes 4.1 to 4.3 to SWZ

6. Due to the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new arrangements location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not pre-indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Contract Subject as defined in the SWZ, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the procurement in the course of the performance of the contract subject may also occur in order to complete the full range of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Establishing a new location is carried out within the subject of the order, always only in the Package Redeemment Area.

7. The standardization and general principles which, in particular, the Contractor will be obliged to observe in the execution of the subject of the contract are described in paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of SWZ.

8. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the execution of elements (parts) of the object of the contract to subcontractors In the event of an intention to perform the subject of a contract involving subcontractors, the contractor shall indicate in his tender the parts of the contract (tangible ranges) the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of possible subcontractors if they are already known.

9. The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the contract involving the acquisition and retraction of the wood material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner of referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).

Forest management services in Lipina Forestry

1. Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

3. The tangible ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.4. are of an estimated nature

4. A detailed description of the standard of technology for carrying out individual forestry work (activities) included in Annexes 4.1 to 4.3 to SWZ (Description of the standard of forest work implementation technology).

5. Descriptions of action codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract and the procedure for receiving are described in Annexes 4.1 to 4.3 to SWZ

6. Due to the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new arrangements location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not pre-indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on Package Implementation Area, within the total quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Contract Subject as defined in the SWZ, to be carried out throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the procurement in the course of the performance of the contract subject may also occur in order to complete the full range of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Establishing a new location is carried out within the subject of the order, always only in the Package Redeemment Area.

7. The standardization and general principles which, in particular, the Contractor will be obliged to observe in the execution of the subject of the contract are described in paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of SWZ.

8. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the execution of elements (parts) of the object of the contract to subcontractors In the event of an intention to perform the subject of a contract involving subcontractors, the contractor shall indicate in his tender the parts of the contract (tangible ranges) the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of possible subcontractors if they are already known.
