Cleaning services to ensure a constant state of cleanliness throughout the year regardless of attendance and weather.

The subject of the present case deals with the cleaning of tertiary buildings (10 sites) on behalf of island energy systems on the island of Reunion. The various services expected, detailed in the specifications, can be summarized as follows:

- basic services: rat control, waste collection and selective sorting, cleaning of the surroundings,

- additional services: cleaning of car parks, technical rooms and basement archives, maintenance of net curtains, emergency services, removal of graffiti or wild signs, collection of rubbish on green areas and roads.

Cleaning of industrial premises (8 sites) and 22 EDF source stations on the island of Réunion, including various types of services that can be summarized as follows:

- basic services: rat extermination, disinsection and treatment of similar insects, waste collection and selective sorting, cleaning of the surroundings,

- additional services: cleaning of car parks, technical rooms and archives in the basement, maintenance of curtains, emergency services, removal of graffiti or wild signage, garbage collection on green spaces and roads.
