Accent Housing Ltd is seeking a contractor / contractors to deliver their Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Planned Works in the North East Region of its portfolio.The Kitchens and Bathrooms will be procured as two separate Lots and Contractors are invited to bid for both Lots if applicable.The successful Contractor(s) will have a proven track record of providing these services/works.
