The subject of the contract is to perform ongoing cleanliness, including maintaining proper order, sanitary and aesthetic condition of the parts intended for shared use by residents of building properties owned by the Employer and the adjacent external surface located in Szczecin at:

1. street Pelikana 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, ul. Łączna 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, ul. Flaminga 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27 with usable floor space: 15,022,43 m 2 ; external area 22,268.85 m 2

2. street Bronisława Sobola 2, 4, 6 ul. Józefa Romana 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38 with usable floor space of premises: 15 600.20 m 2 ; external surface area 26 826.10 m 2 .

The external surface includes, among others, green areas, pavements, gutters (a depression between the street, roadway for vehicles and the sidewalk (its edge) for draining rainwater), on foot traffic, parking spaces for vehicles, playgrounds, designated areas for collection of municipal waste, etc. Graphic attachments are available on the website at: http://www.stbs.pl
