The subject of the contract is the successive collection and further management by the Contractor, in accordance with his permits in this regard, of lots of waste with code 19 12 12 from mechanical screening of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) in the amount of 4500 Mg.

The subject of the contract is the successive collection and further management by the Contractor, in accordance with his permits in this regard, of lots of waste with code 19 12 12 from mechanical screening of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01), under the following conditions:

1) Guaranteed receipt and management of the supersite fraction of mixed municipal waste about 4500 Mg. 2) Waste will be transferred in bulk after passing Fe separation on magnetic separator; waste in this form must be received from current production. 3) Loading lies on the side The Contracting Authority and will be carried out using a bucket loader with a capacity of up to 3 m3 with a capacity of approx. 15 mg/h on working days. 4) The Contractor will be obliged to receive the waste daily (on working days). 5) Transmission of the next monthly batch of waste will begin on the first day 6) The place of collection of waste is the Regional Waste Management Plant in Końskie, 145 Spacerowa Street, Końskie, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. 7) All costs related to the execution of the order from the place of collection are covered by the Contractor. 8) The Ordering Party emphasizes that the quantity received waste may change, however, guarantees the volume of a one-time collection within the limits of the full capacity of the contractor's means of transport. 9) The Contractor may not file any additional claims to the Contracting Authority for the total amount of waste received during the accounting period, within the indicated tolerance. 10) The Contracting Authority has set deadlines for the collection of individual, monthly batches of waste for the first working day of each month and collection is to take place on-line.

11) The condition for settlement for each received batch of waste will be a waste transfer card (KPO) in the BDO system. 12) The Ordering Party allows the possibility of receiving waste by truck with a semi-trailer type movable floor up to the loading height < 3,8m. 13) Before each collection the contractor obliged is to send the aviation from the transport BDO number and the receiver's BDO No. 14) Waste covered by this contract should be managed in installations which have decisions permitting the processing of such waste, in a manner consistent with the applicable law in this regard. 15) The Ordering Party sets a 1-month billing period for partial execution of the order. 16) Required date for the start of collection of the first batch of waste - from the first day of the contract.
