the purpose of this consultation is to carry out the cleaning services of the buildings of the Communauté d'agglomération de la Provence Verte.

These services may be carried out in all buildings managed by the Communauté d'agglomération de la Provence Verte, within the framework of its competences.

The procedure followed is the Open call for tenders subject to the provisions of Articles R.2124-1, L.2124-2 and R.2161.2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.

This is a framework agreement with single-awarded purchase orders, without reopening competition during orders, placed pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.

The total amount of orders for the initial duration of the contract is:

Minimum annual amount: 200,000.00 euros (excl. VAT)

Maximum annual amount: 500,000.00 euros (excl. VAT)

the detailed technical description of the services to be performed and the list of buildings concerned by the services are indicated in the (C.C.T.P) and in the (B.P.U.F).

The list of sites managed by the agglomeration, specified in the CCTP and the BPUF is not exhaustive and may evolve upwards or downwards according to the evolution of the competences and heritage of the Agglomeration Community.

Purchase orders will be notified by the agglomeration community as and when needed. For regular cleaning, an annual order form will be sent to the service provider. For additional cleaning, a specific purchase order will be sent to the contract holder
