The subject of the contract is "Collection and management of municipal waste from the Tomice Municipality together with the organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point for the residents of the Tomice Commune in 2024" in the following parts:

1) Part I: Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners from the Tomice Municipality in 2024;

2) Part II: Organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point for the residents of the Tomice Commune in 2024:

Part I: Collection and management of municipal waste from property owners from the Tomice Municipality in 2024:;

1. The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated from the area of the Tomice Commune, i.e.:

a) separately collected municipal waste: paper and cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging, plastics, plastic packaging, glass, glass packaging, metals and metal packaging, multi-material packaging, mixed packaging waste – 420 Mg;

b) biodegradable waste (bio-waste: 20 01 08, 20 02 01) – 130.00 Mg;

c) other fractions not mentioned separately collected – ash (20 01 99) – 320.00 Mg;

(d) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) –

880,00 Mg

e) bulky waste (20 03 07) – 140,00 Mg;

Estimated amount of waste to be collected and managed in 2024: 1 890,00 Mg

Part II: Organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point for the residents of the Tomice Commune in 2024:

1.The Contractor is obliged to organize and operate the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK" for the residents of the Tomice Commune in 2024, meeting the following conditions:

1.1. the property on which it will be created is the property of the Contractor or for which the Contractor has the right to dispose of the property as at the date of submission of the offer, with an area ensuring the organization of PSZOK on an area of not less than 400 m2;

1.2. location of PSZOK: in the Tomice Commune or at a distance of up to 20 km (inclusive) from the administrative borders of the Tomice Commune, allowing free access for residents with the possibility of parking at or in the PSZOK area. PSZOK must have at least 2 unloading stations.

1.3. The Contractor as part of the PSZOK service is obliged to ensure its functioning in the following dimensions:

a) on working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 18.00;

(b) on at least one Saturday of each month from 7.00 – 13.00.

(a detailed schedule of PSZOK work will be prepared by the Contractor

in agreement with the Ordering Party and delivered to the Ordering Party at the latest on the day of notification of readiness for the functioning of PSZOK);

1.4. Types and estimated amounts of municipal waste delivered by the inhabitants of the Tomice Commune to PSZOK to be collected

and development in PSZOK in 2024:

(a) paper and cardboard, paper and board packaging, plastics, packaging

plastic, glass, glass packaging, metals, metal packaging, multi-material packaging, (waste code: 15 01 01, 20 01 01, 15 01 02, 20 01 39, 15 01 07, 20 01 02, 15 01 04, 20 01 40, 15 01 05 and others) – 10,00 Mg;

b) construction and demolition waste (waste code: 17 01 01 and others) – 50,00 Mg;

c) bulky waste (waste code: 20 03 07) – 70,00 Mg;

d) waste electrical and electronic equipment (waste code: 20 01 35, 20 01 36) – 5,00 Mg;

e) waste batteries and accumulators, fluorescent lamps and other waste containing mercury, expired medicines (waste code: 16 06 01, 16 06 02, 20 01 21, 20 01 23, 20 01 32, 20 01 31 and others) – 1,50 Mg;

(f) chemicals, including solvents, acids, alkalis, paints and others (waste code: 20 01 13, 20 01 14, 20 01 15, 20 01 27 and others) – 0,50 Mg;

g) used tyres (waste code: 16 01 03) – 12,00 Mg;

h) textiles and clothing (waste code: 20 01 10, 20 01 11) – 2,00 Mg;

i) other municipal waste, i.e. hygienic - waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of receiving medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes (waste code: 20 03 99)

Estimated amount of waste to be collected and managed in PSZOK in 2024: 151.50 Mg
