The contract consists in the execution of all the works and supplies necessary for the construction of a photovoltaic system on the shelters at compartment 6 of the P3 parking lot of Bergamo – Orio al Serio airport.

The works covered by the contract are related to the construction of a photovoltaic system on the shelters at compartment 6 of the P3 parking lot of the airport, with the following characteristics:

- the photovoltaic system will consist of 6,099 polycrystalline silicon modules with a power of 280 Wp for a total of 1,707,720 Wp;

- the modules will be installed on new metal carpentry canopies and will constitute their roof;

- LED lighting fixtures will be integrated into the shelters for lighting parking spaces and traffic roads;

- the new MV/LV photovoltaic cabin building located in compartment 6, next to the new existing ticket office, will include: two rooms containing MV/LV 15/0.4 kV transformers with 1,250 kVA power, a room containing the DC/AC conversion inverters, the low voltage electrical panels and a control room available to maintenance technicians;

- the substation of the photovoltaic system will be connected to the medium voltage grid of the airport through an underground line at 15 kV at the existing 400 Hz cabin located in the air side area.

Pursuant to art. 83 and 84 of the Code of Public Contracts and in accordance with Annex “A” to the Presidential Decree no. 207/2010, the works are classified as follows:

- Category OS30, prevalent, classification IV bis, percentage incidence 51.13%;

- Category OG1, separable, classification IV bis, percentage incidence 48.87%.
