The purpose of this contract is a global mission to conduct operations for the construction of a sports city.

The City of Illzach is considering the construction of new sports activity halls grouped on a site that already includes several facilities for a sports city, on the site of the Joseph Biechlin sports complex, rue du Stade in Illzach.

The planned work will be carried out in two phases with the demolition of the existing COSEC which will remain operational during the first phase.

The content of the three technical parts constituting this mission is specified in the CCTP.

It is also a cross-cutting mission throughout the duration of the project (including the search for grants).

The market is not broken down into lots.

The estimated duration of the transaction is 60 months from the notification of the market (excluding GPA).
