1. The subject of the contract is the supply of chocolates, confectionery, desserts and stimulants
to military units and field training centres in accordance with the assortment and quantity list included in Chapter IV – "Description of part of the contract" of the Terms of Use and in the "Offer Form" constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.
2. The offered subject of the contract must comply with the standards indicated by the Contracting Authority
(or equivalent) and the requirements specified in detail in the "Description of the subject matter of the contract" constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.
