2. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial offers. A partial offer shall be understood as individual Packages indicated in Appendix 3 to the Terms of Reference. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of Packages.
3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered assortment meets the requirements for medical devices contained in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974) and in executive acts issued on the basis of this Act.
4. Medical devices must meet the requirements set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
