The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) - tax authority - as the client (AG) intends to conclude a framework agreement on the transport services for the representation of the personal drivers of the senators, the state councillors and the chairmen of the parliamentary groups, the president of the FHH parliament and the heads of the district offices.

The Contractor (AN) shall provide drivers as a short-term replacement for the personal drivers of the Senators, the State Councillors and the Heads of District Offices and the Chairpersons of the parliamentary groups of the parties represented in the Hamburg Parliament and the President of the Citizenship of the FHH. The provision of drivers is carried out in each case by way of temporary employment within the meaning of the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG).

The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) - tax authority - as the client (AG) intends to conclude a contract for the transport services for the representation of the personal drivers of the senators, the state councillors, the parliamentary group chairmen and the president of the parliament of the FHH as well as the heads of the district offices for the period from 01.02.2024 to 31.01.2026. In addition, there are two options to extend the contract by one year each until 31.01.2028 or until the maximum value is reached.

The Senate Chancellery and all authorities as well as the citizens and district offices of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg are entitled to access this contract.

The provision of drivers is carried out in each case by way of temporary employment within the meaning of the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG). A framework agreement is concluded with several companies in accordance with § 21, para. 4 and para. 5 VgV.
