The subject of the contract is the delivery of two servers described in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ, hereinafter also referred to as the "Device" or "Equipment" to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. to building B, room A 303 box 7 (IT department), located in Poznań at 12/14 Noskowskiego Street (entrance from Wieniawskiego 17/19 Street), in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order contained in the above-mentioned Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the Order constitutes an integral part of the description of the subject of the contract. 2. Detailed requirements for the implementation of the Subject of the contract are also specified in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

Detailed requirements for the implementation of the Subject of the contract are also specified in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ. 3. In addition: a) The Delivered Device must be equipped with a user manual, controllers, wiring and accompanying software necessary for the proper functioning of the Device (obtaining full functionality indicated in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order b) The Delivered Device must be brand new, i.e. not used before the date of delivery – excluding the use necessary to test their correct operation. (c) The offered Device on the date of the offer may not be foreseen by the manufacturer to be withdrawn from production or sale. d) The delivered Device must have all the documents required by national and EU law allowing it to be used in the Polish, it must come from the manufacturer's official distribution channels covering also the European Union market, ensuring, in particular, the implementation of warranty rights. e) The delivered Device requiring power supply from the power grid should be equipped with a sufficient number of power cables allowing it to be connected to standard power sockets, unless otherwise stated in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order. f) The supplied equipment must meet the requirements described in Regulation (EC) No 106/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 January 2008 on a Community energy-efficiency labelling programme for office equipment (Recast) (Official Journal of the EU of 13 February 2008 L 39/1).
