Construction, maintenance in operational condition and dismantling of industrial installations on the site of DGA Techniques aéronautiques
The purpose of this contract project is to provide services for the construction, maintenance in operational condition and dismantling of all volume industrial installations on the DGA TA BALMA site.
These services are included in a process of installation construction and operation and must be carried out under the cover of a single project manager who is the pilot of a site.
These projects will generally be intended for installations or test benches.
These services must cover the design, manufacture, supply of parts or parts assemblies, assembly and dismantling in the mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical fields.
The mechanical designs, manufacturing and assembly will focus on the production of machined and mechanically welded parts or assemblies of all volumes, as well as on access platforms for all surfaces and all levels.
The studies, manufacture, supply and integration of mineral oil hydraulic networks will focus on the construction of networks of less than 350 bar in any length.
The design, manufacture, supply and integration of pneumatic networks will focus on the realization of networks of less than 10 bar in any length.
The design, manufacture, supply and integration of electrical networks will focus on the construction of 2 to 24V, Ethernet, RS 232, 380V and 220V networks of any length.
Visits may be considered for the award of subsequent contracts.
This draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3, R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12 of the French Public Procurement Code.
Pursuant to Articles R 2362-1 to R 2362-8 of the French Public Procurement Code, this is a framework agreement to be executed by subsequent contracts and purchase orders.
Payment by acquisition card will be implemented under the conditions of Article R 2392-13 of the French Public Procurement Code.
The maximum amount of the framework agreement is €5,000,000 excl. VAT
