The subject of the framework agreement is control tests in road construction and further building material tests in accordance with the specifications of the service description.

The services are divided into the following service areas:

Performance range 03: Base layers with hydraulic binders and concrete road slabs according to ZTV Beton-StB

Performance range 04: Asphalt construction methods according to ZTV Asphalt-StB

Performance range 05: Bitumen investigations according to TL bitumen-StB and investigations on bitumen emulsions according to TL BE-StB

Performance range 06: Surface properties

Performance range 07: Road marking - Testing of the finished power in new condition according to ZTV M

Service area 08: Environmental analysis

The conclusion of the framework contracts for the provision of the services specified in the

Description of services (Annex 1 to the framework agreement)

Services are provided by way of a so-called "open-house procedure". (see

The framework agreement to be concluded includes individually for each contractor

those in the terms of reference (Appendix 1 to the framework income)

for which the admission requirements are met with the

application for admission. The framework agreement to be concluded

includes the provision of services in the area of responsibility of those branch offices

the branch of the client's branch in northern Bavaria, for which a contractor has worked on

his application for authorisation has been admitted.

Individual contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement concluded may include all services or only parts of one or more service areas for which a contractor has been approved.

The open house procedure runs from publication until 31.05.2025 and can be extended twice by 1 year each. Applications for authorisation and thus also the conclusion of a framework agreement can be made during the entire duration of the open house procedure.

A framework agreement comes into force with the admission of an interested party and ends on 31.05.2025, subject to an extension option. The framework agreement can be extended twice until 31.05.2026 or 31.05.2027 - analogous to the open house procedure - due to the extension option. Further details are regulated by the framework agreement.
