Oberhessische Versbetriebe AG (OVAG) operates its own service centre, which is able to cover the base load of telephone customer inquiries. OVAG intends to use third party service centre services to respond to incoming telephone calls and to process inquiries during peak periods — especially at the turn of the month, after sending invoices and reminders, as well as for price adjustments.
