Redditch Borough Council (the Authority) has a housing stock of approximately 5,700 residential units and is seeking to award two contracts for the internal planned upgrade works to their residential properties. The contracts are to cover replacement of kitchens, bathrooms, heating and wiring. The annual value of each contract is anticipated to be approximately one million two hundred and fifty pounds. The contracts are split into two geographic areas – Lot 1 (East) and Lot 2 (West). The two contracts will be awarded to two different contractors.
