The subject of the contract is to maintain cleanliness in office rooms, corridors and staircases, toilets, social rooms and halls and laboratories in buildings and maintaining the cleanliness of the outdoor area on the premises of the Institute of Construction Technology located in Warsaw at 1 Filtrowa Street and 21 Ksawerów Street with the help of equipment, equipment, tools and cleaning products Contractor.The subject of the order is to maintain cleanliness in office rooms, corridors and staircases, toilets, social rooms, halls, laboratories in the buildings of the Institute of Construction Technology located in Pionki at Industrial Street 2 with the help of equipment, equipment, tools and cleaning products of the Contractor.

The subject of the contract is to maintain cleanliness in office rooms, corridors and staircases, toilets, social rooms and halls and laboratories in buildings and maintaining the cleanliness of the outdoor area on the premises of the Institute of Construction Technology located in Warsaw at 1 Filtrowa Street and 21 Ksawerów Street with the help of equipment, equipment, tools and cleaning products of the Contractor.

The contractor is obliged to:

carry out all work with due care and as little as disruptive to the employees of the Contracting Authority (taking into account the hours of work in the facilities and the specifics of cleaned rooms, among others, laboratory rooms);

in the scope of labor organization:

to provide the Supervisory Supervisor — 1 person responsible for systematic reporting and contact with the representative of the Contracting Authority, including supervision and control of the correctness of the work carried out. The inspector should have a service car and a mobile phone (24 h availability for emergencies);

to provide Coordinators — 2 persons (1 person per location) - employee responsible for daily, ongoing supervision of the cleaning crew and coordination of the work of cleaning persons and ongoing contacts with designated employees (coordinators) of the Contracting Authority;

to provide “internal daily service” — at least 4 people (2 people of Filtrowa Street 1 and 2 people of Ksawerów Street 21) who work 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). These persons are primarily concerned with the ongoing maintenance of cleanliness and order in toilets, communication strings (halls, staircases, corridors, etc.) and conference rooms; Further part of the OPZ is included in Chapter III of the SWZ

The subject of the contract is to maintain cleanliness in office rooms, corridors and staircases, toilets, social rooms, halls, laboratories in the buildings of the Institute of Building Technology located in Pionki at Przemysłowa 2 Street with the help of equipment, equipment, tools and cleaners Contractor.

The contractor is obliged to:

carry out all work with due diligence and in a manner as little burdensome as possible for the employees of the Contracting Authority,

ensure a minimum number of 5 full-time (per working hours where 1 FTE — 168 RBH) for cleaning, ensuring the proper performance of the subject of the contract (not less than two persons for cleaning the research halls and not less than three persons for cleaning the office part)

ensure adequate quantity of equipment, mechanical equipment for cleaning large areas, i.e. halls, appropriate tools and cleanliness products including surface-disinfectant properties, replaceable plastic bags for garbage cans in accordance with the rules of selective collection) guaranteeing the proper execution of the subject of the contract,

for proper performance of work taking into account the hours of work in the facilities and their specificity (e.g. laboratory rooms),

to designate the employee responsible for daily supervision of the cleaning team and coordination of the work of cleaning persons and contacts with the Ordering Party,

to hold for the entire period of execution of the civil liability insurance contract in the scope of the activity related to the subject of this contract for a guarantee sum of at least 1800.000, - PLN (in words PLN: one hundred eighty thousand).

The subject of the contract is to maintain cleanliness in office rooms, corridors and staircases, toilets, social rooms, halls, laboratories in buildings and maintaining the cleanliness of the external premises of the Institute of Construction Technology located in Katowice at W. Korfantego 191 by means of equipment, equipment, tools and cleaning products of the Contractor.

The contractor is obliged to:

carry out all work with due diligence and in a manner as little burdensome as possible for the employees of the Contracting Authority,

ensure a minimum number of 4 full-time (per working hours where 1 FTE — 168 RBH) for cleaning, ensuring the proper performance of the subject of the contract (not less than two persons for cleaning office and laboratory facilities and not less than two persons for cleaning the external area ).

ensure an adequate number of people with experience in cleaning rooms of a technical nature, i.e. equipped with machinery and/or other technical equipment (e.g. workshops, production halls, laboratories, etc.),

ensure adequate quantity of equipment, equipment, tools and cleaning products (including removable plastic bags for garbage cans in accordance with selective collection rules) guaranteeing the proper performance of the subject of the contract,

for proper performance of work taking into account the hours of work in the facilities and their specificity (e.g. laboratory rooms),
