Object planning with the service phases 6-8 for the fire protection renovation Central Hospital Building part A+D in the University Hospital Münster

The University Hospital Münster is implementing a comprehensive core renovation in the Central Hospital, Component A and Component D. The existing, 40-year-old, technical infrastructure both on the useful floors and on the installation floors will be renewed. After completion of the extension of the existing building, the Interdisciplinary Extension (IEZ), the renovation of the building part A/D takes place. The renovation of the building parts A/D starts with the asbestos removal, which is supervised and coordinated by UKM IM GmbH, including the pre-necessary activation of the media as preparation for this.

With the planning of the façade for the extension "IEZ", the existing structure of the façade of the building part A/D was examined. The façade of the component is adapted to the appearance of the IEZ.

With this tender, the surface planning services are to be commissioned with the service phases 6 - 8.
