Construction of two residential blocks of flats intended for seniors and three residential blocks of flats with a fixed total cost total responsibility contract (KVR) in the Koivula district of the City of Turku on plots 3, 4 and 5 of block 38 at Murkionkatu 10, 20740 Turku.

The construction project consists of 5 apartment buildings in Koivula, Turku. The construction site is located in the Koivula district of the City of Turku, on plots 3, 4 and 5 of block 38. A total of 204 apartments are planned to be built in the project, some of which will be apartments intended for senior living. The contract area consists of three different plots. The contract is intended to be phased into two parts: in the first part, houses 1 and 2 containing senior apartments (mainly plots 853–35–38–4) will be built, and the parking areas, roads and yard area and equipment included in the plot. In the second part, buildings 3–5 (mainly plots 853–35–38–5) will be built, as well as the parking areas, roads and yard area with their equipment. The construction of the entrance to the plot and adjacent parking lots will be partly located on plot 853–35–38–3.

The contractor may decide on the order of implementation of parts 1 and 2. However, the access route on plot 3 and the driveway and pedestrian path leading to the plot must be built when the first residential buildings are completed.

The level of equipment of houses 1 and 2 differs from other buildings due to senior housing. If. The buildings will be equipped with a sprinkler system and also in other respects to senior level in accordance with the instructions in the building method description of the invitation to tender.
