Framework agreement of services for the distance marketing of new housing of 3F Centre Val de Loire. The purpose of this contract is the execution of marketing services of new housing in Social Accession to Property for the needs of 3FCentre Val de Loire. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of Article R2162-2 of the Public Order Code.

It includes the performance of the following services:

- preparation for the marketing of the programme

- commercial launch

- the search for buyers with a view to signing reservation contracts, promises of sale or sales agreements relating to the real estate complex offered for home ownership in VEFA, PSLA or BRS

- the accompaniment of the future owners until the signing of the deed of sale, the Real Solidary Lease of the Lease-Accession contract and the exercise of option.
