Building acoustics/sound insulation and room acoustics
The Weinberg Campus Halle Technology Park is the most important innovation and start-up location for life science, biomedicine and materials science in Central Germany. In order to promote innovative start-ups and settlements, TGZ Halle Technologie- und Gründerzentrum GmbH (TGZ) intends to build a new high-tech building complex as part of the "New Campus Center" project, which will be dedicated to the "Business Development Center for Life Sciences, New Materials and Green Economy" (hereinafter: Business Development Center; BDC). The BDC is primarily intended for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with innovative, knowledge-based and/or technology-oriented business models. The core target group is start-ups and young growth companies.
The construction of the building complex in the "New Campus Center" of the Weinberg Campus Technology Park will promote cooperation, communication and transfer between science and industry as well as increase the attractiveness of the location as a place of the future in the state of Saxony-Anhalt.
The content of this tender is the technical planning of building acoustics/sound insulation and room acoustics for the new building of the BDC.
The services are ordered gradually/optionally
In the first service stage, the specialist planning of building acoustics/sound insulation and room acoustics of service phases 1-4 is commissioned and, optionally, the special services of service phases 1-4.
The second service level includes the service phase 5-7 of the specialist planning for building acoustics/sound insulation and room acoustics and optionally the special services of the service phases 5-7, the third service level optionally includes the special services of the service phase 8 for the specialist planning of building acoustics/sound insulation and room acoustics.
There is no unconditional legal entitlement to commission the other services. The client reserves the right to commission individual stages together
