This consultation will be the subject of a framework agreement per "composite" batch concluded with a single economic operator, comprising a part treated in the form of an ordinary contract, and a part treated in the form of a framework agreement.
lot 1: Maintenance of the MAQUET operating tables of the Valenciennes Hospital Centerlot no. 1: Maintenance of the MAQUET operating tables of the Valenciennes Hospital Center for the following poles: Surgery Pole (Valenciennes Hospital Center // Pole 04), Cancer and Medical Specialties Center (Valenciennes Hospital Center // Pole 08), Mother-Child Pole (Valenciennes Hospital Center // Pole 10), Pole of 11 (Valenciennes Hospital Center // Pole 11). The "framework agreement with purchase orders" part corresponds to a framework agreement with a maximum of 20,000 euros excluding VAT per year, concluded pursuant to the Public Procurement Code, and which is executed as and when purchase orders are issued.
