Procurement of new firewall systems for the MDK Lower Saxony on the development of individual solution concepts in the competitive dialogue.

For this project, within the framework of the preceding competition, min. 3 / max. 5 suitable companies are selected, with which the most economical operational concept is to be worked out within the framework of a competitive dialogue.

Here the following conceptual topics should be clarified in the dialogue:

- Basic firewall conception,

- structuring of the security areas of the MDKN,

- Integration of aspects of client security,

- multi-manufacturer concept,

- system redundancies,

- Efficient design of the numerous VPN accesses,

- Migration strategy for using the new systems.
