The subject of the tender is the printing production of print products for the AdK and its archive for advertising exhibitions and events as well as for components of the business equipment. The cooperation between the contractor and client will take place both with employees of the AdK (arrangements, commissioning) and with a graphics agency bound by a framework contract with the AdK (arrangements, preliminary work on print-ready data, print support and acceptance). High quality printing and processing, cost-effective and on-time production and delivery are expected.

Lot 1 includes the printing production of AdK advertising material: event leaflets, exhibition leaflets, invitation cards, the art award brochure and the Journal der Künste with 2 to 4 delivery addresses within Berlin.

Lot 2 concerns the printing production of the business equipment: headers, envelopes, DIN long cards and business cards with 2 to 4 delivery addresses within Berlin.
