The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,327,000.00 (in words: two million nine hundred seventy two thousand six hundred sixty four zlotys 00/100) in one tranche:

I tranche – PLN 2,327,000.00 – 12.12.2022 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Commune for 2022.

Loan period: 12 years and 2 months /146 months/ from signing the contract, taking into account the grace period in repayment of capital installments until March 29, 2025.

1. The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,327,000.00 (in words: two million nine hundred seventy two thousand six hundred sixty four zlotys 00/100) in one tranche:

I tranche – PLN 2,327,000.00 – 12.12.2022

intended to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality for 2022.

1) Loan period: 12 years and 2 months /146 months/ from signing the contract, taking into account the grace period in repayment of capital installments until March 29, 2025.

2) First interest installment – 30.12.2022

3) The first principal and interest installment on 30.03.2025, and the last on 30.12.2034.

4) The loan will be repaid in 52 quarterly capital installments in the years 2025-2034 in the following amounts:

- in the years 2025-2033 (36 quarterly installments) at PLN 37,500.00.

- in 2034 (4 quarterly installments) pln 244,250.00 each.

including decreasing interest, on the 30th day of the third month of the quarter, including the grace period in repayment

capital installments until 29.03.2025
