Jyväskylä Parish is asking for offers on the implementation of the new construction of the Vesala Camp Centre as a total work.

The Vesala Camp Centre consists of the main building, two accommodation buildings and a sauna building. All of the buildings are wood frame. The buildings have a total area of about 2000 m². The camp centre will be built on the same lot where the old camp centre buildings have been demolished.

The project will be carried out as a total price, with the construction contractor acting as the main executor. The total work includes all works according to the plans and the selected general contractor is responsible for the execution and pacing of the work.

The contracting entity shall select a single executor for the repair project on the basis of the tender procedure. The resources required to carry out the acquisition must be available by the beginning of the contract period, unless otherwise indicated in the tender documents.

The aim of the tendering process is to provide all potential operators with equal opportunities to participate in the tendering process in accordance with the requirements of fair, non-discriminatory, transparent and proportionate procurement law.

With this procurement notice, the contracting entity requests bids for new construction work at the Vesala Camp Centre.

The subscriber's goal is for construction described in this procurement notice to begin in May 2022. Construction work should be carried out in accordance with the chore program.
