To enhance the research facilities available, the University is looking to acquire an Electron Beam Lithography System. The purpose of the required equipment is to support the newly established Nanophotonics group whose research focuses on photonic crystals, gratings, metamaterials and related photonic nanostructures.

This tender was for the procurement of the above system.
