Description:
Successive, non-cash delivery of diesel fuel classified on the basis of current regulations and standards in force in Poland for vehicles owned by the Employer.

1. The subject of the order is a gradual, cash-free delivery of diesel fuel classified on the basis of current regulations and norms (Polish Standards) in force in Poland for vehicles owned by the Employer.

2. Requirements for the subject of the contract:

- diesel oil with parameters not worse than the PN-EN 590 + A1: 2017-06 standard, in accordance with current standards in an estimated quantity of 380 673.55 liters, cetane number not less than 51, sulfur content not more than 10 mg / kg,

- the diesel fuel supplied must meet the current standards throughout the duration of the contract. Diesel fuel should be adapted to the prevailing weather conditions (blocking temperature of the cold filter / CFPP / determined according to PN-EN 116: 2015-09). In the case of very low temperatures (-28 ° C or less), the Contractor enables refueling of winter / arctic fuel in accordance with current standards,

- the quality of fuels must meet the requirements of applicable legal acts.

• Directive 98/70 EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13.10.1998 on the quality of gasoline and diesel fuels amending Council Directive 93/12 EEC;

• Directive 2003/17 EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3.3.2003 amending Directive 98/70 EC relating to the quality of gasoline and diesel fuels;

• Commission Directive 2011/63 / EU of 1.6.2011 amending, to adapt to technical progress, Directive 98/70 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the quality of gasoline and diesel fuels;

• Commission Directive of 10.6.2014 amending Annexes I and II to Directive 98/70 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the quality of petrol and diesel fuels (Text with EEA relevance);

• Directive (EU) 2015/1513 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9.9.2015 amending Directive 98/70 / EC relating to the quality of gasoline and diesel fuels and amending Directive 2009/28 / EC on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources (Text with EEA relevance).

• Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended) and parameters of the PN-EN 590 + A1: 2017-06 standard.

3. Diesel oil deliveries will be carried out gradually depending on the needs of the Employer at the Contractor's petrol station at the address indicated in the bid form, to the Employer's vehicle tanks.

4. The Contractor shall provide the Employer's drivers with vehicle refueling cards if they have such cards as part of the refueling system. The Employer, at the request of the Contractor, will accept the provisions of the contractual template / general conditions of the Contractor's contracts relating only to the use of refueling cards to the extent that this is not contrary to the Terms of Reference and the contract and does not infringe the interests of the Employer or the public interest.

4. The conditions and manner of the contract performance are described in Annex 4 to the ToR constituting the contract template.
