The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan up to a maximum amount of PLN 8,270,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Celestynów Commune for 2023 in the amount of PLN 6,500,000.00 and repayment of previously incurred liabilities under loans and credits in the amount of PLN 1,770,000.00.
1. The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan up to a maximum amount of PLN 8,270,000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Celestynów Commune for 2023 in the amount of PLN 6,500,000.00 and repayment of previously incurred liabilities under loans
and loans in the amount of PLN 1,770,000.00.
2. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the full value of the loan without additional commissions and fees.
3. The contracting authority shall lay down the following conditions for the contract necessary for the calculation of the tender price:
1) the loan amount is a maximum of PLN 8,270,000.00,
2) loan period: from 1 November 2023 to 31 December 2038 (only for the purpose of calculating the price, the loan is assumed to be called up in one tranche on 1 November 2023),
3) repayment of capital in quarterly periods (the last day of the quarter) starting from 31 March 2024 to 31 December 2038 (60 installments), including:
a) the first 8 installments in the amount of PLN 55,000.00,
b) 2 consecutive installments in the amount of PLN 102,500.00,
c) 40 consecutive installments in the amount of PLN 165,000.00,
4) repayment of interest on a quarterly basis (the last day of the quarter) starting from the last day of the quarter in which the last tranche of the loan will be released,
5) the interest rate on capital shall be determined at the base rate WIBOR 1 M (one-month) for interbank deposits calculated as the arithmetic mean of all quotations of the previous month in relation to the month for which the interest rate is calculated, increased by the bank's margin calculated on an annual basis,
6) one-time bank commission (preparation commission) is 0%.
