The contract to which the clauses and conditions of these special specifications apply relates to: rehabilitation work on the “thermoelectric” building at Val-Benoît in Liège - development.

Profound renovation of the former thermoelectric power station of the Val-Benoît university campus in order to accommodate the activities of the Liège trade center as well as the new digital transition center at ULiège.

All the works, supplies, transport, labor, installation, means of execution, evacuation of rubble and any waste, services and various constraints forming part of the contract are set out in these special specifications and quantities, represented in the plans and sketches in accordance with the instructions given during execution by the project author or his delegate, and included in all other contractual documents.
