The agreement includes the operation and maintenance services for municipal roads, etc.

The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the operation and maintenance services for municipal roads, etc.

The contract includes operation and maintenance assignments for municipal roads, foot and cycle paths, pavements and stairs with accompanying side areas, equipment and installations in accordance with the road list stated in Annex 01-03. The works include i.a. winter maintenance services, cleaning streets, emptying waste bins, cleaning, emptying sand traps, asphalt patching work, clearing vegetation, clearing trenches, operation patrol activities and other minor work based on a cost-plus basis.

This contract includes the following operation zone:

Zone North, consisting of the districts of Arna and Åsane. 

The contract is further specified in the contracting authority's requirement specification, including requirements for the operation and maintenance assignments.

Inclusive contract:

Tenderers must confirm that the implementation of this contract includes at least a disabled or a disadvantaged person. See the annex regarding inclusive contract for further information on what this implies.

Requirement regarding use of apprentices:

Apprentices must be involved in this contract. Provisions thereof are given in the annex regarding apprentices.
