1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 7 buses for the needs of the Municipality of Bochnia.

The subject of the contract is intended for use by individuals, so in accordance with Article 100 (1) of the PZP Act, the contracting authority requires that buses are adapted to use by all users taking into account availability requirements for disabled persons.

A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex 5 to this SWZ for the PART concerned.

PART NO 1 includes the supply of 5 factory new, one brand of buses intended for public transport meeting the requirements according to the Road Traffic Law Act of 20 June 1997, uniform text Journal of Laws of 2021 item 450 as late. zm), equipped with

in 4 cylinder DIESEL engine (emission standard min. EURO-6), lowered vehicle floor, number of full-size seating from 14 to 20 and 18 to 22 standing seats, air conditioning of driver and passenger space and other elements described in the OPZ in detail.

In addition, the scope of the

1) the supply of technical and operational documentation referred to in the draft contract,

2) Provide 1 computer for diagnostic components of all buses along with diagnostic software and free and indefinite license.

3) conducting driver training and maintenance in terms of use, inspections, repairs and operation of buses,

4) registration and transport insurance of buses on behalf of the Ordering Party,

PART NO 2 includes the supply of 2 factory new, one brand of tourist buses meeting the requirements according to the Road Traffic Law Act of 20 June 1997, the uniform text Journal of Laws of 2021 item 450 as late. zm), equipped with 6 cylinder DIESEL engine (emission standard min. EURO-6), 1/53 full-size seating, air conditioning of driver and passenger space and other elements described in detail in the OPZ.

In addition, the scope of the

1) the supply of technical and operational documentation referred to in the draft contract,

2) conducting driver training and maintenance in terms of use, inspections, repairs and operation of buses,

3) registration and transport insurance of buses on behalf of the Ordering Party,
