Call for candidacy
The object of the assignment is:
- The delivery/installation/commissioning of membranes to be placed in the existing filtration basins of the WWTP Tervuren to replace the existing membrane cassettes.
- Capacity to be treated (domestic waste water):
- Net maximum capacity: 547 m³/h
- Average nominal capacity (last three years): +/- 200 m³/h
- Four existing filtration basins (concrete basins) available.
- Volume: 4 x 200 m³/basin
- waterhoogte 4,8 m,
- length x width basin = 9.3 x 4.5 m.
- Also included in this assignment:
- Carrying out the necessary demolition works to remove the existing membrane cassettes, this is incl. the removal and processing of all degraded material (e.g. the existing membranes).
- Carrying out the necessary adaptation works to the existing infrastructure in function of and depending on the new membranes to be installed and its specific properties (e.g. air supply (pipes), influent supply (pipes), permeate and effluent drainage (pipes), CIP facilities, ...).
- All electrically necessary adjustment works as a result of the works carried out.
- The automation with regard to the proper functioning of the membranes.
- Monitoring the installation and training the operational staff
- Giving the requested guarantees (min. 5 years, to be counted from provisional acceptance).

- Maintenance contract with a term of 5 years with possible extension. This maintenance contract must include at least the following:
- Site visit with a minimum frequency of 2x/year. During this site visit, the condition of the installation is examined and settings / trendings of the past period are evaluated and necessary advice on business operations is discussed.
- Supervision of periodic cleanings (excl. carrying out the cleanings and the cleaning product)
- Minor replacements (over a period of 5 years)
