Protection of the company's liability risks of the client with all auxiliary and auxiliary operations including the personal liability of all employees. Occupational / occupational liability insurance (including environmental liability and environmental damage insurance) on an occurance basis (mandatory);

- Sums insured for occupational liability insurance: EUR 10 million flat rate for personal injury and property damage; 2-fold year-maximized,

- Sums insured for environmental liability insurance: EUR 5 million lump sum for personal injury, property damage and pecuniary loss; 1-fold year-maximized,

- Sums insured for environmental damage insurance: EUR 5 million lump sum for personal injury, property damage and pecuniary loss; 1-fold year-maximized,

- No general deductible.

The annual premiums to be offered are considered as fixed premiums until 1.1.2023. During this period, neither a premium regulation pursuant to section 13 AHB nor an adjustment of premiums pursuant to section 15 AHB takes place.
