The purpose is the supply of diesel A in a 20,000 liter tank, and adblue in a 1,000 liter tank, located in our Montalbán Environmental Complex for the Provincial Company of Residuos y Medio Ambiente, SA (Epremasa, hereinafter), with in order to meet the fuel needs of the Epremasa car park that requires it, and under the conditions set forth in the Technical Specification.
The purpose of this document is to define the technical conditions for the supply of diesel A in a 20,000-liter tank, and adblue in a 1,000-liter tank, located in our Montalbán Environmental Complex for Empresa Provincial de Residuos y Medio Ambiente, SA (Epremasa, hereinafter), in order to meet the fuel needs of the Epremasa car park that requires it.
The technical specifications required will be those that correspond to the standards for each product of the supply are in force, and always referred to its latest edition. Gas oils must comply with the technical specifications for petroleum products in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 61/2006 of January 31 (as amended by RD 1027/2006, of September 15, and RD 1088/2010, of September 3 ) by which the specifications of gasoline, diesel, fuel oil and liquefied petroleum gases are determined and the use of certain biofuels is regulated, as well as and Royal Decree 1361/2011, of October 7, which modifies the Royal Decree 61/2006, of January 31, which sets the specifications for gasoline, diesel, fuel oil and liquefied petroleum gases, regulates the use of certain biofuels and the sulfur content of marine fuels, as regards to the technical specifications of the diesel called class B or the one in force at the time. Corresponding codification of the nomenclature of the Classification of Products by Activities (CPA.2002): 23.20.15 diesel.
The contracting of the supply will be carried out in an ordinary manner during the term of the contract.
However, in the event of an unforeseen and / or urgency that prevents the supply by the contractor in the conditions indicated here, due to repairs of breakdowns in facilities or vehicles of Epremasa, existence of breaches of the contractor, alterations of the award conditions, or Any other that prevents the normal supply and reception of diesel by any of both parties, Epremasa reserves the possibility of going to another supplying entity. If, in the above circumstances, the cause that precludes the supply is under the responsibility of the contractor, the contractor shall be obliged to provide a supply point for refueling the vehicles under the technical conditions already indicated in this specification (which is less 25 km from the Montalbán Environmental Complex), and keeping the supply price included in your offer.
