The subject of the Order is the Home Assistance group insurance service for Energa-Obrót SA customers.

1. The subject of the procedure is the Contractor's providing insurance cover in the scope of Home Assistance insurance in three variants: Standard Package, Standard + Package and Premium Package. Each of the Home Assistance insurance options will be part of the implementation of the contract for the sale of electricity or gas. Therefore, it is not possible to distribute these insurances in the stand alone model. The minimum order volume over 51 months of the contract is 100,000 Energa-Obrót SA customers covered by insurance for 12 months. The estimated share of individual Packages is: 30% Standard Package, 10% Standard + Package and 60% Premium Package.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.

3. The Awarding Entity informs about the confidential part of the ToR documentation. The contractor may gain access to confidential documentation by submitting an application (Annex 10 to the ToR) for sending it in electronic form via a message on the purchasing platform. In the application for sending the confidential part of the ToR, in electronic form, please provide data on the Applicant and the Contractor he represents.
