This contract is a public works contract whose purpose is, after the preliminary work and installation of a temporary prefabricated building, the construction of a new wing in 2 phases and then the reconditioning of part of the existing buildings in several sub-phases so that the whole forms an MRS of 120 individual rooms and a day reception center on the current MRS site located on Chaussée de Charleroi, 279 to 6220 FLEURUS.
