The Centre recognises the need to provide a clean, safe welcoming environment for all its staff, residents and visitors. The cleaning and ancillary services team at the Centre are committed to this aim and provide a high standard of service to all users of Centre facilities.

The Centre is looking for an experienced cleaning and ancillary services contractor who can provide a team of operatives who will fit into the existing system and work diligently alongside the Centre team.

The requirement is to provide services at Sport Wales National Centre, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff, CF11 9SW.

The contractor will be required to complete the cleaning specification and the following ancillary services:

— pest control service,

— waste disposal and recycling,

— sanitary disposal units — provision/emptying,

— provision/replenishment of toilet rolls in staff and public toilets and paper towels,

— provision and emptying of clinical waste units,

— provision and replenishment of black bags and cleaning materials and equipment,

— clean and replace dust absorbent mats,

— window cleaning,

— catering equipment deep cleaning,

— removal of crockery to kitchen,

— additional day cleaning operatives as requested subject to event programme.
