Receiving and landscaping of solid municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located in the municipality of Barcin.- the receipt and development of solid municipal waste directly from the owners of inhabited property located within the Municipality of Barcin,
- the operation on the territory of the Municipality of Barcin stationary Selective Collective of Municipal Waste, or in the absence of its establishment and conduct,
- the development of municipal waste accumulated at the stationary Selective Communal Waste Collections Point,
- collection and management of segregated waste accumulated in four Nexus 360 containers: two containers for collecting metals and plastics and two containers for collecting glass, set up in the Freedom Park in Barcin,
- collection and management of municipal waste in the form of small electrowaste accumulated in the MPE type container, which is set in front of the Municipal Office in Barcin, 9 Artilerists Street,
- receipt and development of expired medicines accumulated in specialized containers located in the area of pharmacies located in Barcin Municipality and in the building of the health centre located in Barcin and in Piechcin,
- collection and management of municipal waste in the form of spent batteries accumulated in specialized containers,
- equipment with specialised containers intended for the collection of municipal waste, additional sites which will be established during the application of this Agreement and the export and development of such waste.
Receiving and landscaping of solid municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located in the municipality of Barcin.- removal of waste from uninhabited municipal real estate,
- waste management in accordance with applicable law,
- the contractor is obliged to:
1) provide the Ordering Party with technically efficient containers in the quantity and type as in the attachment to the subject of the contract,
2) systematic emptying of containers according to the frequency specified in the annex to the subject of the contract,
3) to remove all accumulated waste, in the case of accumulation of waste around the container,
4) cleaning the place that has been contaminated due to loading the waste into the walk.
