This contract is a public service contract divided into 2 lots and which has as its object the cleaning of buildings including the cleaning of windows and interior and exterior frames of the Saint-Louis University - Brussels, located:

For lot 1 in:

- 43 boulevard du Jardin Botanique in 1000 Brussels;

- 42 boulevard du Jardin Botanique in 1000 Brussels;

- 40 boulevard du Jardin Botanique in 1000 Brussels;

- 38 boulevard du Jardin Botanique in 1000 Brussels;

- 119 rue du Marais in 1000 Brussels;

- 109 and 107 rue du Marais in 1000 Brussels;

- the building called “Prefecture”;

For lot 2 in

- 6 rue de l'Ommegang

as well as the following ancillary services respectively for each of the lots:

- daily supply of toilet paper, hand towels and toilet bags;

- the replenishment of soap dispensers and the replacement of soap bricks;

- the replenishment of auditoriums, seminar rooms, classrooms and meeting rooms with white and colored chalk, sponges and other utensils;

- regular replacement of supplies for which it is responsible for delivery;

- emptying outdoor trash cans and ashtrays;

- waste disposal

and, where appropriate, specific and urgent services respectively for each batch, to be carried out on request (see Part II “Technical provisions”, point 4.C).
