On behalf of the district of Barnim, Barnimer Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH (BDG) is responsible for the collection of waste subject to disposal in the area of the district. The BDG intends to introduce a container identification system for the purpose of controlling the connection to the waste collection, compliance with the registered cycle, electronic container inventory, route optimization, improvement of complaint management, electronic container inventory and control as well as proof of container storage. For this purpose, it is planned to retrofit the containers of the fractions residual waste, organic waste and PPK at the parties obliged to connect, as well as the entire container stock at all recycling and recycling centers of the BDG with transponder and container label.
