The purpose of this contract is to provide cleaning services for the buildings and windows of the Viry-Châtillon commune, the Communal Social Action Center (CCAS) of the commune of Viry-Châtillon and the Caisse des écoles de Viry-Châtillon. Viry-Chatillon. This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles 66, 67 and 68 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts. This contract is an initial consultation.

This contract is broken down into two types of services:

- flat-rate benefits: the benefits will be remunerated by applying the flat-rate overall price as it results from the decomposition of the global flat-rate price (DPGF),

- additional services with purchase orders: for these services, indicated in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU), the market without minimum or maximum follows the provisions of Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.
