The Contracting Authority wishes to tender the Waste Processing for all its Participants. In addition, the Contracting Authority wishes to support its Participants in achieving their sustainability objectives. Through this European tender, the Contracting Authority expects to be able to give its Participants the right tools to achieve these objectives.
