the purpose of this consultation is to clean communal spaces in the city of Nîmes and community spaces belonging to Nîmes Métropole. The contract is the subject of a grouping of orders concluded between the City of Nîmes and the Nîmes Métropole agglomeration community. The City of Nîmes has been designated as coordinator of the group. The market includes recurring (lump-sum) and one-time services. Recurring lump-sum services will be remunerated on the basis of the Global and Lump-sum Price Breakdown (Dpgf). One-off services are subject to a framework agreement giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders, concluded with an economic operator, without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value. The market is broken down into 3 lots and slices (1 firm slice and 1 optional slice)

lot 1 deals with cleaning:

- communal areas (Valdegour, Pissevin, Saint Césaire, Puech du Teil, Chemin bas d'Avignon, Mas de Mingue);

- community spaces belonging to Nîmes Métropole (near the Paloma Current Music Scene and the Canteperdrix Travellers Area).

Duration of the contract: - within the framework of the firm tranche: 78 months from 1 September 2022, the date of commencement of the services, or its notification date if it is later. - within the framework of the optional tranche if it is established: 12 months from the date indicated in the order of service firming the optional tranche. Maximum amount of the firm tranche: 650,000 euros (excl. VAT). Maximum amount of the optional tranche: 100,000 euros (excl. VAT). The estimate indicated in this notice includes, for each of the lots, the total estimated amount in all tranches, recurring lump-sum services and maximum amounts of one-time services with purchase orders

lot 2 relates to:

- cleaning of communal areas (enlarged city center),

- cleaning of community spaces belonging to Nîmes Métropole (lanes, stations and relay car parks of the TCSP, parking and around the Nemausa swimming pool).

Duration of the contract: - within the framework of the firm tranche: 78 months from 1 September 2022, the date of commencement of the services, or its notification date if it is later. - within the framework of the optional tranche if it is established: 12 months from the date indicated in the order of service firming the optional tranche. Maximum amount of the firm tranche: 1,500,000 euros (excl. VAT). Maximum amount of the optional tranche: 200,000 euros (excl. VAT). Lot 3 covers 12 activity areas of community interest in the municipality of Nîmes. Duration of the contract:

- under the firm tranche: 80 months from July 1, 2022 for perimeter A comprising 10 business areas, or its notification date if this is later and 78 months from September 1, 2022 for perimeter B comprising 2 business areas.

- in the context of the optional tranche if it is established: 12 months from the date indicated in the order of service firming the optional tranche.
