1. The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term loan to the Municipality of Przemyśl in 2023 in the amount of PLN 33,891,166.42 to repay previously incurred liabilities under the issue of securities and loans and credits and to cover the planned deficit.

Repayment of loan installments:

1) I installment in the amount of PLN 3,400,000.00 on May 31, 2028;

2) the second installment in the amount of PLN 3,400,000.00 on May 31, 2029;

3) III installment in the amount of PLN 3,400,000.00 on May 31, 2030;

4) IV installment in the amount of PLN 3,400,000.00 on May 31, 2031;

5) V installment in the amount of PLN 3,400,000.00 on May 31, 2032;

6) VI installment in the amount of PLN 3,400,000.00 on May 31, 2033;

7) VII installment in the amount of PLN 3,400,000.00 on May 31, 2034;

8) VIII installment in the amount of PLN 3,400,000.00 on May 31, 2035;

9) IX installment in the amount of PLN 3,400,000.00 on May 31, 2036;

10) X installment in the amount of PLN 3,291,166.42 on May 31, 2037.
