Conversion, renovation and extension of the primary school in Bückeburg OT Evesen Planning Services - Participation Competition

The object of the order is the planning services of

- object planning for buildings and interiors (lot 1),

- Specialist planning of technical equipment - heating/ventilation/sanitation

(HLS), (Los 2),

- Specialist planning of technical equipment - Electrical Engineering (ELT)

(All 3).

The planning services are divided into 3 lots. An application is only possible for one lot as well as for several / all lots.

Project planning for buildings and interiors

Planning services for the following HOAI service profiles:

- object planning buildings and interiors (§§ 33 et seq. HOAI),

Service phases 1 to 8

Project objective in general:

The city of Bückeburg intends to comprehensively repair the property: Evesen Primary School, Eveser Straße 61, 31675 Bückeburg. The 2-class primary school is to be renovated, rebuilt and expanded in accordance with the recommendations of the 2019 school development plan and the spatial analysis contained therein in accordance with future school pedagogical requirements. In total, there is a deficit of 6 rooms and 355 square meters. A non-existent auditorium is to be rebuilt in a central position. Likewise, the apartments, as well as the citizens' office in the old building of the elementary school are to be renovated. Consideration should be given to allocating the area of the upper apartment to school use. The necessary structural measures have also already been defined in a qualitative as-built assessment as part of the basic determination and preliminary planning.

Initially, the building is to be repaired and expanded according to the aforementioned criteria. During the renovation phase, school operations will continue in temporary replacement rooms (containers) on the dismantled playground area (in the south-east of the property).

The construction costs (KG 300 + 400) are estimated at around EUR 4,440,000 (net).

Planning services for the following HOAI service profiles:

- technical equipment HLS (§§ 53 et seq. HOAI),

Work phases 1 to 8,

For:

o Plant group 1 (sewage and water plants excl.

Gas installations)

o System group 2 (heat supply systems)

o System group 3 (ventilation systems)

o Plant group 7 (use-specific or process engineering

facilities)

o System group 4 (high voltage systems)

o Plant group 5 (telecommunications and information technology systems)

o System group 6 (conveyor systems)

Project objective in general:
