One (1) supplier will be selected for each area, with the exception of sub-area 14. Section 14 is an option for an innovative, environmentally responsible product package, the implementation of which is decided separately by the client. If sub-area 14 is taken into use by the client, the order quantity of the sub-area will not have a negative impact on the order volume of edging waste containers of similar size and properties in sub-areas 1–13. The consumption volumes of purchased products are based on previous one-year consumption data or an estimate of future consumption. Actual consumption may differ from previous consumption or estimates. The estimated procurement volume for the contract period is not binding on the client.

The contract period is two (2) years. The contract can be extended with an option period of two (2) years. The current estimate is that the agreements will enter into force in November 2023.

The decision to introduce the option period is made on a supplier-by-supplier basis. The option period refers to the possibility to extend the contract on the original terms. The customer decides on the use of the option period and notifies the contract supplier before the end of the contract period.

The decision to extend the agreement is made on a product/sub-area basis, taking into account the agreement

changes in the client's treatment practices and/or financial resources.
