The contract includes the services of specialist planning (performance profile structural design) according to § 51 HOAI for the work phases 1 to 6 as well as certain special services for the new construction of the fire station Bigge-Olsberg.

The city of Olsberg is planning the construction of a new fire station for the Bigge-Olsberg fire engine. The new building is intended to replace the current fire station at a new location. The aim is to compensate for the space deficits in existing buildings through the new building. According to the current status, estimated costs of approx. EUR 8.7 million (net) for KG 200 - 700 are assumed for the new building.
