The consultation concerns the maintenance of existing removable bollards, and the creation of new sites. The procurement procedure is open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2 and R. 2123-2 1° and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The single-contractor Framework Agreement with minimum and maximum amounts is entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. For the Price of the services criterion (see article 8.2 of the RC), the buyer relies in particular on a "hidden dqe" simulation which consists of taking into account several unit prices from the Unit Price Schedule completed by the candidate. The prices concerned and their quantities are not communicated during the consultation. Offers are analysed using the same "hidden dqe" simulation
